Fashion Week Recap | A Dining Experience Inspired by Palm Desert Food & Wine

As Fashion Week in Palm Desert wrapped, one of the standout moments was our in-store event in support of Palm Desert Food & Wine—a celebration of entertaining, design, and the art of gathering.

For this event, we created two distinct tablescapes inside our Palm Desert store, each offering a different perspective on how to set the scene for a memorable dining experience.

A Contemporary Approach to Entertaining

Our first tablescape featured the Andare Rectangular Dining Table by Artistica Home, paired with custom upholstered Riley host chairs. This setting embraced a clean, contemporary aesthetic, layered with thoughtful details that added depth and interest.

Gold crock placemats, abstract dishware, and linen napkins with gold embroidery established a refined foundation, while gold flatware and geometric glass bud vases introduced a sculptural quality. Tortoise shell glassware added warmth, creating a balanced look that felt both modern and inviting.

A Tropical-Inspired Setting

In contrast, our second tablescape offered a more relaxed, tropical interpretation of dining, centered around the San Marino Double Pedestal Dining Table and Bryson woven dining chairs from our Palm Desert collection.

Beaded palm design placemats and palm-embroidered linen napkins brought in texture and pattern, accented by gold pineapple napkin rings for a subtle, playful touch. The Aperitivo glassware collection added a vibrant element, while a carved wood centerpiece anchored the table. Gold hammered hurricanes with sculptural fish details served as a striking focal point, completing the look.

Looking Back on a Week of Inspiration

These two tablescapes reflected the versatility of entertaining—showcasing how different materials, textures, and styling choices can completely transform the mood of a gathering.
