Make sure to review the product dimensions and consider yourspace. It can help to measure your existing furniture for reference. Here is a simple guideline.

Comparing Your Furniture

Sometimes the best way to know what you want is to compare it with what you have. Comparing your current sofa’s measurement with ours would be a good start. For example, if you find the current sofa doesn’t have enough seating depth for your legs, you’ll want to find a sofa of ours that has a deeper seating depth dimension.

Measuring for Delivery

Make sure to measure the space where you’re planning to put the piece of your dreams. It’s helpful to consider your surrounding area and account for anything that can’t be moved. Often, it is helpful to lay masking or painter’s tape in the outline of your piece to ensure a perfect fit.

Doorways: Measure inside your door jambs and note how wide doors open, including space for doorknobs. Doors may be removed if needed, but delivery teams cannot remove them.
Stairways: Measure stair width and ceiling height, accounting for posts, rails, and curves. Check that landings have enough clearance for both width and height.
Obstacles: Watch for low ceilings, lights, fans, or fragile décor. Clear extra space along the path—delivery teams cannot move obstacles.
Hallways: Measure height, width, and depth to ensure furniture fits through, especially at twists or turns. The narrowest hallway point must be wider than your furniture.
Clear Path: Plan the route to the final room and remove any barriers. Remember, the easiest path isn’t always the straightest—delivery teams cannot clear paths.
Outside Area: Measure entry areas, gates, porches, lobbies, or walkways to ensure smooth access to your home or apartment.

Elevators

If you live in a building with an elevator, it’s essential that you measure not only the interior of your elevator but also the door openings. Taking diagonal measurements from the bottom of the doors to the back upper corner of the elevator is helpful for taller pieces. Also, you may want to ask your building management about service elevator access.

How Long Does It Take?

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours; after that, they are non-cancellable.

Shipping

We ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Delivery times vary by location and are set by the carrier. Our customer care team can provide an estimate at the time of purchase. Typically, shipping takes 2-3 weeks after the furniture is picked up from our facility. The carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery window after they have picked up the order.

Handling

Our specialized white-glove service delivers furniture to your room of choice and includes setup and removal of packaging. For safety reasons, the delivery team does not hang mirrors.

Casegoods

In-stock casegoods (wood furniture) will be ready for pickup or shipping within 10 business days. Furniture is pre-inspected before it leaves our warehouse to ensure accuracy and quality.

Indoor upholstery

Chairs, sofas, sectionals, etc., are custom-made in NC. Lead times will depend on fabric availability. Expect approx. 5 weeks of production time before shipping.

Outdoor upholstery

Lead times will depend on fabric availability. Expect approx. 4 weeks of production time before shipping.
