SCALE AND SEATING COMFORT ARE ALSO CRITICAL ELEMENTS OF THE DECISION THAT ARE NOT INTUITIVE ONLINE.

HOW IT WORKS
When ordering online, remember that within 24-hours of placing an order, you may change your mind and cancel that order for any reason. After that point, the order will become non-cancellable. We offer shipping within the 48 contiguous states. All online orders are shipped using a specialized in-home “White-Glove” delivery service. We do this to ensure an effortless experience and avoid any damage to the product or your home. Furniture items are both heavy and difficult to maneuver. One of our approved carriers will deliver your furniture, set it up in the room of your choice, and remove all packing materials.
Delivery times will vary based on your geographic location and will be determined by the carrier. Items of wood furniture termed “casegoods” are generally in stock and will be available for pick-up by the white-glove carrier within ten business days. Indoor Upholstery items (Sofas, Chairs) are custom-tailored in our dedicated manufacturing facility in North Carolina. They generally take 5 weeks to produce and will then be picked up by the white-glove carrier for delivery. Outdoor Upholstery items (Fabric Seating) generally take 4 weeks to produce and will then be picked up by the white-glove carrier for delivery.

We design collections by lifestyle, reflecting how our guests choose to live and entertain. From the top navigation bar on the site, you can shop Indoor Collections or Outdoor Collections. If you have a particular item in mind, we recommend clicking Shop by Item. We design products for every room of the home, and you may shop by-item, by-brand, or by-collection.
When viewing imagery on the site, it’s important to note that interior design is a fashion business, particularly when it comes to fabrics and upholstery. Patterns are introduced and retired on a regular basis, so there will always be instances where photography may display a fabric that has been retired. We generally elect to keep that image, because the frame design is still current. As new photography is available, we will replace that image, but always remember that fabrics have a fashion cycle that makes updating an ongoing process.
